What are Composite Filling

Composite fillings are often referred to as white or tooth coloured fillings, and are a great option for any fillings that will be clearly visible or if you simply do not wish to have amalgam/silver fillings in your mouth. Composite fillings are made from synthetic resins that your dentist can colour match to your teeth so they look natural, then mould the material to the exact shape of your teeth. Composite fillings are more popular as it is a discreet solution and far more aesthetically pleasing for patients.
