The Types Of Facial Aesthetic Treatments We Offer
We offer a wide range of treatments for our patients including:
Anti Wrinkle Treatments:
This is to help reduce muscle movements in the face and thereby help smooth out lines. We have the right solution for any person who wants to look more youthful, no matter their age or lifestyle. Give us your sagging, frown lines and we’ll take care of the rest. We aim to maintain the outward manifestation of your inner happiness. A natural side effect of ageing is wrinkles. This occurs because as we get older, our skin gets thinner, drier, and loses elasticity. As we age, our skin loses its ability to protect itself. A continuous contraction of muscles on your face is another major cause of wrinkles, resulting in ‘dynamic wrinkles’ which are only visible when the muscles are in use. These wrinkles can become static over time, which means they become etched into our skin permanently. At Oldbury Smile Spa, we have you covered! Once you’ve decided on a treatment, contact us to schedule an appointment or to learn more about what we can do for you.
Dermal Fillers:
This is to help replenish where volume has been lost to help rejuvenate the skin and structure of the face. This can be done by targeting specific areas or providing a full non-surgical facelift. Areas such as tear trough, nose and lips can also be treated to improve appearance. Our fillers are made from a natural component called hyaluronic acid, which is injected under the skin to smooth wrinkles and reduce age spots. It is possible to inject cosmetic fillers into certain areas of your face, such as your cheeks and lips, to smooth wrinkles and fill in lines. Depending on factors such as the type of filler used and the area where it is injected, fillers can last from just a few months to several years. They can last anywhere from six to eighteen months. In the UK, common dermal fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance.
PRP Skin Treatments:
(platelet rich plasma treatment). This is a fantastic skin rejuvenation treatment to help the texture of the skin. The plasma proteins are taken from your blood and put back into your skin to help rejuvenate the skin. This can be combined with hyaluronic acid to help the elasticity of the skin. Initial treatments are once a month for 3 months.
Platelet-rich plasma consists of two elements: plasma, the liquid portion of blood, and platelets, a type of blood cell that is involved with healing throughout the body. Platelets are well known for their ability to clot, but they also contain growth factors that can stimulate cell reproduction and regenerate tissue in the treated area. Platelet-rich plasma is the blood that contains more platelets than normal.
PRP For Hair Loss:
following an assessment with Dr Harry Singh, if appropriate, Platelet Rich Plasma treatment can be targeted in areas of hair loss to rejuvenate growth. Treatment is provided once a month over 6 months.
Skin Care Treatments:
we provide skin care products such as the medically approved Obagi products to help improve the tone and appearance of our skin.
Opatra Facial:
we use a collagen skin tightening cream and provide an obagi facial for our patients. Contact us to know more about this treatment.

Wrinkle relaxation injections is a treatment to temporarily improve the appearance of both moderate to severe frown lines between the brows and improve ‘crow’s feet’ in adults. Wrinkle relaxing injections can be used to relax certain facial muscles which means that the skin stays smoother and creases gradually diminish. The result is a more serene, youthful look.
Dermal fillers can be used to plump out the facial lines and increase the volume and hydration of the skin. They are used particularly to soften the lines around the mouth and chin area and for enhancing the shape and volume of the lips. These types of fillers are naturally biodegradable and are therefore non-permanent.
Facial peels are one of the most effective ways to treat signs of ageing, discolouration and UV damage. An active solution is applied to the surface of the skin which causes the superficial layer to peel off. The treatment exposes a new layer of healthy undamaged skin, resulting in a smoother texture and a more even skin tone. Skin peels will also complement injectable treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers.
Your specialist will discuss your treatment goals and perform a facial analysis to determine the appropriate treatments for you. The actual injection process takes about 10 minutes and including consultation should be lass than an hour.
For most treatments, you should begin to notice results within 3-4 days, however the full effect may take up to 2 weeks with results lasting 4-6 months.
After your treatment, you can resume your day. There is minimal downtime and your specialist will give you specific aftercare instructions. Usually swelling and redness at the injection sites settle within 30min.
